Yes, our site is safe and secure, we use the latest SSL technology to ensure a secure connection so that your information and transaction is safe. At the top left corner of the search bar, you should see an image of a padlock indicating this site uses a secure connection.

No, your credit card information will not be stored on our site, we use PayPal a very reputable service to process transactions. The only information stored is your name, email, mailing address, products ordered so we can deliver your items to you.

On our site we currently only use PayPal, but if you are interested in making a purchase using another method of payment contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase for a refund. This applies to both physical and digital products. 

For physical products you will need to contact us before returning the item. However, it must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Once item is received, after inspection, we will refund your money within 7 business days. In order to receive a refund from us the items must have been purchase directly from our site.

For digital products just contact us and let us know you would like a refund and we will refund your money within 3 business days.

For digital items, you will receive your items immediately after purchase. You will be redirected to a download page after your payment is confirmed. You will also receive an email containing links to download the items you purchased. The email will normally be delivered shortly after purchase.

If for some reason you do not receive the items you ordered please contact us and we will assist you with this.

If you receive a defective order contact us and we will either replace the item at no additional cost to you or refund your money if the item is out of stock.

To make changes to an order you’ve already placed please contact us and we can make the adjustment for you. However, that order must have been placed through our site and can not be for one of our products sold through another site such as amazon.com
